Our realtor just called to let us know that "good" Tim just called and really wants to work with us on Hemingway. He said that he will drop the price and pay our closing costs and we will never have to deal with bad Tim ever again...

oh good luck- buying a house is such a mess and we just refinanced yesterday and the costs just dropped today almost a 1000 dollars- tell me how mad I am - but oh well, nothing I can do. I just wont tell Darren or it will eat him up too!!!
